Lokaa Housing Private Limited

We are based in Poes Garden, which is a pretty well-known part of Chennai. Our office is on Plot 23. The address is a bit confusing because it has an old number, 89/1, and a new number, 22/1. We just tell people to look for the plot number to make it easier. It’s a quiet area with lots of big trees and old houses. Working at Lokaa Housing means we are constantly looking at how people live in this city. But our own office is quite plain. We have a lot of charts on the walls and stacks of blueprints. Poes Garden is usually very calm, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change as old houses get replaced by new apartments. Most of our day is spent talking to engineers or checking on construction schedules. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't a corporate giant, just a team that knows the local housing market well. Sometimes the streets get blocked when there’s some event nearby, but mostly it’s just us and the local residents. We have our coffee together in the morning and talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. It’s a simple routine. We don't have any flashy signs outside. We just have our work and our small team here in the garden area. It's a peaceful place to spend the day working on new housing ideas for the city.
