Our office is over in Adyar, at No.35 Kamaraj Avenue on the 1st Cross Street in Kasturiba Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street compared to some parts of Chennai, which we appreciate. We go by the name Lokaa Developer Pride of Porur. We focus on developing different areas and projects. It is a lot of work involving planning and sitting through long meetings. We aren't much for fancy talk or big promises. We just like to see buildings go up and see things change for the better. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It’s a good place to work from. Most of our team is local, and we understand how things work around here. We spend a lot of time dealing with the practical side of building, like permits and materials and such. It’s not the kind of thing you see in movies, just real life work. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't one. We are just people who know about construction. We try to be helpful and just get the job done without making a scene. Sometimes we have long days, but that’s just part of the job. We enjoy being in Adyar and being part of the local community. It’s a solid place to be based while we handle our projects around the city.
