Logos Engineering Pvt.Ltd.

Logos Engineering Pvt.Ltd. is based at No.2, Venkatraman Salai in the Periyar Nagar neighborhood. We’ve been at this location for some time now, and it’s become like a second home to most of us. The building itself is fairly old, and we’ve had to fix the plumbing and the wiring more than a few times over the years. Inside, it’s a mix of a workshop and a small office space where we do all our planning. There are always stacks of drawings and blueprints sitting on every flat surface, usually with a few coffee rings on them. We don't have a corporate vibe here at all; it’s more about getting the technical details right on whatever project is currently on the bench. The street outside, Venkatraman Salai, can get pretty noisy with all the scooters zooming by, especially during the morning rush. We usually have the radio playing in the background to drown out the traffic. The staff consists of people who have been doing engineering work for decades, so there isn’t much that surprises us anymore. We spend our days debating over measurements or trying to figure out why a particular piece isn't fitting the way it should. It’s a lot of trial and error, followed by a bit more trial. We don't really dress up for work; most of us wear old shirts that we don't mind getting dirty. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we take the actual engineering part of the job seriously enough.
