LODE STAR HOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED

We run Lode Star Housing Private Limited from our office in Mylapore. We are located at number 30 in the Rajarajeswari Towers on Radhakrishnan Salai. It is a well-known spot in the 600004 area, so most people don’t have much trouble finding us. The building is one of those typical Chennai towers with a lot of different businesses inside. Our space is pretty straightforward. We have the usual desks, some chairs for visitors, and shelves full of folders. It can get a bit noisy during the day because Radhakrishnan Salai is a main road, but we just get on with it. We don't have any flashy decorations or a big marketing team. It’s just us doing the day-to-day work of managing housing projects. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. We usually grab lunch from one of the small shops nearby in Mylapore. There is always a lot of activity in this part of town, which we like. The office has a lived-in feel to it, with stacks of paper and maps pinned to the walls. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just provide a place where the work gets done and the phones get answered. It is a practical office for a practical business. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon.
