You can find LIORA BUILDING PROJECTS LLP on the 3rd floor of number 7, over on 5th Street in the Nandanam Extension. It’s a decent part of Chennai to work in. Being up on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually quite busy. We do building projects, as the name suggests. It’s a lot of planning and managing different crews. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s filled with folders, samples of tiles, and a lot of half-empty water bottles. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites across the city corporation area. Nandanam is central enough that we can get to most places without too much trouble, though Chennai traffic is always a factor. We’ve been working from this 5th Street location for a while. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs if the power is out, but we don’t mind. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy presentations. We just show people what we can do and let them decide. The team is just a few dedicated people who know the construction business inside out. We handle everything from the initial ground-breaking to the final coat of paint. It’s a long process but seeing a project finish up makes the long hours worth it. We keep at it every day.
