It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the different sites. Nungambakkam is a central spot, so it makes it easier to get around Tamil Nadu when we need to. The office itself is functional. We have our plans laid out and the computers running. It’s a typical workspace for a construction outfit. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. We just focus on the actual building part. Some days are long, and the Chennai heat doesn't help, but we are used to it by now. LINDNER INDIA CONSTRUCTION is just a group of people trying to get the job done. We like being in the Maalavika Centre. It’s a solid place to work from. We’ve been here a while and know the local area well enough to get things moving. It’s just a normal office routine for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily construction tasks.
