Letzbuild Infra Private Limited

Our place is Plot No. 127 over at Kamaraj Nagar 3rd Street Extension in Choolaimedu. It is a bit tucked away in the residential lanes. Letzbuild Infra Private Limited has been operating from this Choolaimedu address for a bit. It’s a tight neighborhood with narrow streets so getting trucks in can be a real headache sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to coordinate things. The office is basically just a room with a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We handle a variety of infra jobs around Chennai. Most of the time we are out in the sun checking on how the concrete is setting or talking to the masons. Choolaimedu is a central place to be, even if the traffic is a mess. We know the local shops and the people around Kamaraj Nagar pretty well by now. It isn't a glamorous job but there is something good about seeing a structure finally finished after months of digging and dust. We don't do much fancy advertising because the work usually speaks for itself when people walk past a site. There is always a lot of dust on our shoes and heaps of papers on the table. We just take it one day at a time. If the rain stays away, we can get a lot done. If it pours, we just sit in the office and plan for the next week and wait for the clouds to clear up.
