Lemniscate Infinity Property Developers Llp is based out of Sholling Anallur. We’re up on the second floor of Block K in The Central Park West complex, specifically in Flat K 203. Elcot Avenue Main Street is right outside and it gets pretty busy around here with all the tech parks nearby. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we keep our maps, site plans, and a lot of paperwork. Usually, someone is always heading out to a site or coming back with dusty shoes. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to contractors and checking on how things are moving along at different plots. It’s mostly just us sitting around the big table in the main room, trying to get things organized. Sholling Anallur has changed a lot lately, and being right on Elcot Avenue means we see it happening every day. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow during lunch hours when everyone is heading out. We’ve got a small pantry for making tea and coffee, which keeps us going when there’s a lot of work to finish up. Most people find us easily because the Central Park West is a known landmark in this part of town. We just focus on getting the work done and keeping track of the different property projects we have going. It’s a lot of coordination and simple day-to-day management from this little spot on the second floor.
