LEBLANC CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is based over in Kovilambakkam. Our office is situated on Ponniayamman Kovil Street, in the S.Kolathur area. We’re in unit 902/903/B/F2. It’s a growing neighborhood with a lot of families moving in, so there is always something happening on our street. We are a small firm, organized as an LLP, and we mostly handle residential construction projects. We don't really go for the big, shiny corporate image. Our office is just a place to get work done, filled with site photos and folders full of permits. We spend most of our hours either here or traveling to various sites around the southern part of the city. Being on Ponniayamman Kovil Street keeps us close to the action. We’ve learned that in this business, things rarely go exactly as planned. You might run into a delay with the weather or a shortage of specific tiles, and you just have to deal with it. We aren't big on empty talk. We’d rather show people what we can do with a bag of cement and some good plans. Our team is pretty small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking on the steel reinforcements. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the feeling of finishing a project and seeing a new family move in. We're just local builders trying to make a living in Kovilambakkam and doing the best we can with each site.
