Le Brick Properties Llp is located over in Neelankarai, at Door No. 5/62 in Maraikayar Nagar. We are quite close to the coast here in Chennai. You can sometimes feel the sea breeze if the wind is right. We have been operating out of this spot for some time now. Our office is a quiet place, which is nice compared to the noise of the main ECR road. We focus on local properties and help people who want to live or invest in this part of town. We aren’t a huge corporation with lots of rules. It is just a small team of us who know the Neelankarai area really well. We spend a lot of our time walking through different plots or checking on construction progress. When we are in the office, we are mostly just catching up on emails or talking to neighbors. We don’t go in for fancy talk or big marketing slogans. We just tell people what we know about the land and the buildings. It’s more practical that way. Sometimes we make mistakes with the filing, but we always fix them. We aren't perfect, but we are honest about what we do. If you are looking for us, just head towards Maraikayar Nagar. We are usually there during the day unless we are out at a site. It’s a good place to work and we enjoy the people we meet along the way.
