Lazy Bear Homes Llp

You can find us over at Kuppam Salai in Kottivakkam. The address is a bit confusing because it’s New No.111 but used to be No.141. People still get them mixed up sometimes when they are looking for us. Lazy Bear Homes Llp is the name we went with. We like the area here, it’s close to the coast and feels a bit more relaxed than the middle of the city. We work on houses, mostly around this part of town. Our office isn't anything special, just a place to keep our stuff and meet up. We aren't the type to wear suits or act all corporate. Usually, we’re out on a site somewhere getting our hands dirty with the crew. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on emails or drawing out ideas. It’s a small operation. We started this because we liked building things. It’s been a few years now and we’re still at it. Kottivakkam is a nice place to work from. We know a lot of the neighbors. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything fancy like that. We just rely on doing a decent job so people tell their friends about us. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery is late or the rain stops us for a few days, but we just deal with it. It’s just us doing our thing. There is no big mystery to it really. We just like what we do and try to stay busy.
