Lavazza (Fresh & Honest Caf? Ltd.)

We spend most of our time up here on the fourth floor of the TVH Beliciaa Towers in MRC Nagar. It’s a busy spot, and the coffee keeps us going through the day. Lavazza (Fresh & Honest Caf? Ltd.) has been around for a while now, and we’re just a group of people who know their way around a coffee bean. Most mornings start early with a lot of noise from the grinders and the smell of fresh espresso filling the hallway. We don’t really do fancy speeches here; we just focus on getting the machines and the beans out to the people who need them. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, especially when shipments come in or when the phones start ringing all at once. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our windows up here in Tower 2. Some days are just about paperwork and making sure the inventory is right, while other days are spent talking to folks about how to get the right froth on their milk. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the cup of coffee you have actually tastes like it should. It’s a job, but it’s one we’ve gotten pretty good at over the years. If you’re ever around the tower, you’ll probably see us lugging boxes or staring at spreadsheets. It's just what we do here in this corner of Chennai. We keep it honest.
