LATERN INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is located on the ground floor of JVL Paradise, which is at No. 49 on New Avadi Road. This is right in the 600010 area of Chennai. Our office is pretty easy to find if you’re driving down that way. We work on infrastructure projects, which means a lot of time is spent on things like roads, pipes, and larger building foundations. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and technical stuff that most people don’t think about until something breaks. We have a small team here in the office, but most of our guys are out on the field at different sites across the city. The traffic on New Avadi Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to plan our site visits accordingly. We’ve been working from this ground floor space for some time now. It’s a practical office where we keep our project files and have our meetings. We aren’t big on flashy displays. We just want to get the job done and move on to the next one. Infrastructure work is never really finished in a city like Chennai; there’s always something that needs fixing or upgrading. We just do our part in that whole process. If you stop by, you’ll probably see us buried in drawings or on the phone with suppliers. That’s just the usual day for us. We try to keep things moving as best as we can.
