You can find us over at S. B Mansion, which most people around here call Sea Breeze Mansion. We are in Room number 120. The building is located at number 12/50 on Nallathambi Street. This is right in the heart of Triplicane in Chennai, zip code 600005. Triplicane is a really old and busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside. The streets are narrow and crowded with people, bikes, and cows sometimes. Our office in the mansion isn't huge, but it fits what we need for the Ltm Bu operations. It has that old Chennai building feel to it. Sometimes the sea breeze actually makes it to our street, which is where the building gets its name from, I guess. We spend our days here handling the regular work that comes our way. Being in such a central location means we are close to everything, even if the traffic is a nightmare most afternoons. We have been in this room for a while. It’s just a standard office space with the basic furniture and files. We don't have any big signs or anything too fancy. People who need to find us usually know the way. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a lively neighborhood to be in, and there's always good food nearby if you know where to look. It suits us just fine for now and we are part of the daily bustle here.
