You can find us at No. 1 Labour Well Main Street in Chennai. It’s a typical Tamil Nadu setting, with the heat and the humidity being something we just live with every day. The name Larsen & Toubro Limited is on our door, but we’re just regular folks working inside. Labour Well Main Street is usually quite busy with people walking by and scooters zooming past. We’ve got a simple rhythm to our day here. We start early to beat the worst of the heat, and we try to get most of our heavy lifting done before the afternoon sun really hits. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a functional space where we can sit and get our paperwork and planning sorted out. We don’t spend much time worrying about how things look to outsiders. We just want to make sure the work is actually getting done. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud, especially during festival times, but that’s just part of being in Chennai. We’ve been at this No. 1 spot for some time, and we’ve gotten to know the people on the street. It feels like a real community. We aren't here to make big speeches or promise anything huge. We’re just a group of people at a desk, drinking our coffee and making sure the business keeps running as it should. It keeps us busy enough throughout the month without needing much else to happen.
