You can find us at No. 62 South Main Road. Being on a main road means there is always something going on outside our window. It’s a convenient spot for us because people can find it without too much trouble. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have some counters and shelves where we keep everything. It’s not the kind of place that’s been professionally decorated; it’s just a place where tools and parts are scattered around because we’re usually in the middle of a job. We’ve been at this address for a while and the routine doesn't change much. We open up in the morning, check what needs to be fixed, and get to it. Sometimes it gets quite busy and the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually tidy up a bit. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know their way around a motherboard. The light in the shop isn't great, but we have enough desk lamps to see what we're doing. People often pop in just to ask a quick question while they're passing by on the street. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't spend much time on paperwork if we can help it. We'd rather be working on the equipment. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving along on South Main Road.
