Landster Projects Private Limited

Landster Projects Private Limited is based out of Defence Colony in Ekkatuthangal. We are at number 53, which people sometimes get confused with the new number 25, but it’s the same place. It’s a busy little corner of Chennai. We spend most of our time dealing with project details and making sure things are actually happening on the ground. The office isn’t anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of half-finished coffee cups. We started this because we wanted to work on local projects without all the usual corporate nonsense. Everyone here knows their job. We don’t have layers of management to go through if something needs fixing. You just walk over to the person in charge and ask. It can get a bit loud when we are all in at the same time, but we prefer it that way. Living and working in the 600032 area means we see the same faces often. We like the local feel of the neighborhood. There is always some construction or project going on nearby. We just keep our heads down and get on with our own list of tasks. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s real work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes even Sundays if things are behind. We aren't here to make big speeches, we just show up and do the work.
