Our office for Landmark Housing Projects Chennai Pvt. Ltd. is located at No: 27 on Saravana Street in T. Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know that T. Nagar is one of the busiest and most crowded parts of the city. We are right in the thick of it all. The street is always full of people and the sound of horns is constant, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. We handle housing projects, which mostly means a lot of coordination and keeping track of various building sites across the city. Our office is just a regular building on a regular street. We don’t have any fancy marketing teams or big corporate offices. It’s just us working through the daily list of things to do. Sometimes the heat in Chennai is unbearable, and the office feels like a sauna, but we keep the fans going and get on with our work. We spend a lot of time talking to engineers and making sure materials arrive when they should. People come to us because they want a place to live in this city, and we try to help them find something that works. It’s not always a smooth process, as there are always delays with something or other, but we do our best to stay on top of things. We aren't a huge multinational company; we are just a local team working out of T. Nagar. We like it that way.
