Lakshmi Value Added Housing Private Limited

We are based out of Saidapet in Chennai, specifically on Seshachalam Street. The door number is 39/17. It’s an older part of the city, and we like the vibe here. Our focus is on housing and adding value where we can. The office is pretty small and simple. We spend most of our time out checking on construction progress or talking to contractors. Saidapet can get pretty crowded, especially during the rains, but we're used to it. We aren't some big corporation with fancy meetings. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table figuring out the next steps for a project. We keep our files in old cabinets and use a lot of paper. People in the neighborhood know us. We’ve been at this for a while, just building homes and handling the day-to-day stuff. It’s not always easy, especially with how prices keep changing. We just try to be practical about everything. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a big reason for it. It’s a messy job sometimes, getting into the dirt at a site, but we don't mind. We just want to finish the work we started. That’s how it’s always been for us at Lakshmi Value Added Housing. We stay busy and keep our heads down. There's always some permit to sign or a truck to wait for, but that's the business.
