Our team is small, just a few engineers and some support staff making sure the paperwork gets filed. We don't have big meetings with speeches; we just talk over our desks. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or find something else to do. We are just a local engineering team doing our bit for the projects we get. It's a steady life.
