Our Chennai office is located at Plot No. 28, which is also known as New No. 2, on 5th Street in V.V. Nagar. We are in the Kolathur area, which is a busy part of the city. Being Scott Wilson India Pvt Ltd in Tamil Nadu means we deal with a lot of different people every day. The office is on a residential-looking street, so it feels a bit more relaxed than being in a massive commercial park. We’ve got a good amount of space inside, though we’ve managed to fill most of it with desks and equipment over the years. Chennai weather is famous for its heat, so our air conditioning gets a lot of use to keep us from melting while we work. We usually have a few people coming and going, delivering packages or stopping by for meetings. It’s a very practical workspace. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy website person writing this; it’s just us. We focus on our engineering and project work without much fluff. The local tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up during our afternoon breaks. It’s a friendly neighborhood, and we’ve become a familiar sight on 5th Street. We just keep our heads down, do the work assigned to us, and make sure the office stays running smoothly day after day. It's a regular job for a group of regular people who know the local area well.
