Krithyam Infra Ventures Private Limited is tucked away in the Defence Officers Colony over in Ekkattuthangal. It’s a pretty quiet area compared to the rest of Chennai, which helps when we're trying to focus on our infra projects. We are located at the old number 108 spot on 13th Cross Street. Usually, you’ll find a few of us drinking tea and going over project files in the morning before everyone heads out. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do the jobs we have properly. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it serves its purpose for us. There’s a lot of back and forth with suppliers and site managers throughout the day. Some days are long, especially when deadlines are tight and the weather isn't helping, but that is part of the trade. We have been in this Chennai-600032 area for some time. We know the local streets well. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. You might see us unloading gear or just sitting at the desks dealing with paperwork. We don’t use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell it like it is. It's a practical way to run a business, and it keeps things clear for everyone involved. We just keep our heads down and try to finish what we started without any fuss.
