Kritha Fabrication

Rasappa Chetty Street is one of those places in Park Town where you can find almost anything if you look hard enough. We are at No. 67, right in the middle of all the chaos and the crowds. Being in Park Town means there is never a quiet moment. There are carts and people moving constantly outside our door. Inside, we are focused on fabrication work. The space is tight because real estate here is at a premium, so we have to be organized with our tools and materials. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We do a lot of small-scale jobs and custom pieces that people bring in. We don’t have a website or a marketing department. We just have a shop and some good tools. Most of the guys who work here have been doing this since they were young. We talk to the other shop owners nearby and sometimes share a tea while waiting for a delivery. It’s a very local way of doing business. You won't find any corporate talk here. We just tell you what can be done and how long it will take. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just work around it. It is just life in Park Town. We like the energy of the street even if it’s a bit much sometimes. You just learn to move with the crowd and keep the work going.
