Kousthubb Homes

You can find Kousthubb Homes over in Tambaram Sanatorium, specifically on the 2nd Main Road in Chitlapakkam. We have a small setup here at number 3/44. It’s a nice, relatively quiet residential part of the city. We spend our days talking to people who want to move into the area or those looking to sell their old family homes. Being in Chitlapakkam means we know all the local streets and the people who live here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us handling the day-to-day work of real estate. We look at a lot of houses, some old, some brand new, and try to help people figure out their options. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we just sit down with a cup of tea and work through it. We’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood grow, with new shops and better roads coming in. It’s a steady kind of life. People come to us because they want someone who actually knows the Tambaram area, not some big company from the city center. We don't make big promises, we just show what we have and let the houses speak for themselves. It’s a very local business, and we like it that way because we get to know our neighbors.
