We are located at 4/396 on the 3rd Main Road in Swaminathan Nagar. It’s part of the Kottivakkam area, specifically in Ags Colony. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, mostly residential, which makes it a bit quieter than being right on the main highway. Lean Dezign Construction Pvt. Ltd. operates out of this space, and it’s a fairly small, dedicated team here. Our office is on a street that doesn't get too much through-traffic, so we can actually hear ourselves think. We have our desks set up with all the usual construction tools—scales, rolls of paper, and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to clients and trying to figure out how to make their ideas work within a budget. It’s practical work. We don't go for anything fancy in the office; it's mostly just functional furniture and a lot of files. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark during our meetings, but we just laugh it off. It’s a very local feel. We like being in Kottivakkam because it’s close to the coast and feels a bit more relaxed. We handle a variety of building tasks and we try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone who comes through the door. It’s just us doing our thing and trying to build things right. We don't make things complicated, we just look at the plans and see what can be built on the ground.
