We have been working out of our office in Anna Nagar for a while now. Specifically, you can find us over at Shanthi Colony in the AD Block, at house number sixty-one. It is a pretty busy spot in Chennai but we like being here. Building houses is what we do every single day. Most of the time we are kept busy with planning things out or talking to people about where they want to live. It is not always easy with all the traffic around this part of town, but the office stays active. People come by to talk about their property needs or just to see how a specific project is going. We try to keep everything straightforward and simple. If you know this part of the city, you know it is a decent place for a business to grow. We have a small team here. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the paperwork and the phone calls constantly coming in, but that is just how it goes in the construction world. We handle all the day-to-day stuff ourselves. Chennai is a big place and there is always something new happening with housing and land. We just keep our heads down and stay on top of the work we have in front of us at the moment.
