Khan Machines

At Khan Machines, we’re located in the C-13 block of the J.J. Nagar Industrial Estate in Mugappair West. It’s a pretty standard industrial area with lots of small shops like ours. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a while now. The space is filled with different types of machinery, some old and some newer, but they all get the job done. We spend most of our hours welding, cutting, or machining parts for various clients. It’s heavy work, and by the end of the day, we are usually covered in dust and grease. There’s no air conditioning here, just some big old ceiling fans that struggle to keep the air moving when it's hot. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people hear about us from other shop owners in the estate. We handle each job as it comes, whether it’s a single small piece or a whole batch of components. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half the morning fixing our own gear before we can even start on the customer’s work. That’s just part of the business. Mugappair West is a good spot for us because it’s close to the other suppliers we need. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We are just a local machine shop doing our work day in and day out, trying to keep things moving for the people who rely on us.
