We are based at 72 Harleys Road in the Kilpauk area of Chennai. Kilpauk is a well-known part of the city, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for a while. Our work involves development, which basically means we look at pieces of land or old buildings and figure out how to make something new out of them. We aren't a massive company with a huge board of directors. It’s just us working out of our office on Harleys Road. We spend a lot of time dealing with permits, architects, and contractors. Development is a slow process sometimes, and there are always unexpected things that pop up. We don't try to sugarcoat it; it’s a lot of hard work and staying on top of details. We like being in Kilpauk because it's central and people know where to find us. We don't use any slick sales pitches. We just show what we’ve done and talk about what we’re currently working on. The team here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. From the initial plans to the final stages of a project, we’re there making sure things happen. It’s not always perfect, and there are days when things don't go as planned, but that’s the nature of the business. We just keep going and get the buildings finished. We have lived and worked in Chennai for years, so we understand how things move here.
