We are Keicee Engineering Works, located over in Teynampet. Our shop is at No 33, though the old timers around here might still call it No 15. We have been in this part of Chennai for quite a while now. Engineering work is what we do every day. It is a lot of metal, tools, and getting our hands dirty. The workshop is not the cleanest place in the world, but that is because we are always busy fixing things or making parts. We do not have a front desk or a receptionist; you usually just walk in and find one of us working on a machine. We handle all sorts of mechanical jobs that come our way from local businesses or individuals. It is a practical business. We do not use big words to describe what we do. If something needs welding or turning, we just get to it. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we have stayed right here. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we have to figure it out as we go. That is just how it is in a small engineering shop. We do not do fancy marketing. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have been coming here for twenty years. It is just us doing our jobs at No 33 in Teynampet, trying to make things work. We stay busy and keep the machines running.
