Our office is located at 95 Medavakkam Main Road in Keelkattalai. It’s a very busy road, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the traffic. We’ve been here at Ramana Construction Madras for some time now. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on site progress. We don't spend much time sitting around in a fancy boardroom because that doesn't get buildings built. Samples of tiles and bricks are lying around the office, which can make the place look a bit cluttered. But it helps people see what they are getting. Keelkattalai is a growing area, and we’ve had a hand in several of the buildings you see around here. Big sales pitches aren't our thing. We just know how to handle the local regulations and how to get the materials delivered on time. Sometimes there are delays with the labor or the weather, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. Building something is a slow process, and we try to be patient with the whole thing. We like being on the main road because it makes it easy for our workers to find us. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job and make sure the walls are straight and the clients are satisfied with the final result.
