Our office is located in Kapaleeswar Nagar, which is part of the Neelankarai area in Chennai. Karora Infraa Private Limited has been operating from 1st South Main Road at No.340 for some time. Being near the coast means we deal with a lot of local conditions that affect building and infrastructure. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it’s usually quite calm unless there’s construction happening nearby. We handle various projects involving roads or basic structures. It’s mostly just the team here coordinating with workers and suppliers. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the samples and paperwork piled up on the desks. We try to keep things organized, but when you're in the middle of a project, things get hectic. Most of us have lived in Chennai for years, so we understand how the city works. We don't go in for big presentations. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is built right.
