Kannan Steel Traders

We are over at 103 Hospital Road in the Kamaraj Nagar area. Kannan Steel Traders has been a part of this street for quite some time now. Our shop is where we keep all kinds of steel for local construction and repair work. It is not a very big place, so we have to be smart about how we stack the rods and beams so everything fits. You will notice the smell of iron as soon as you step inside. We spend a lot of time cutting metal to the right size for people who only need a few specific pieces. It gets noisy when the saws are running, but that is just part of the daily routine here. We do not use any complicated computer systems to run things. We just have a desk and some notebooks where we keep track of what goes out. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first opened, with new buildings going up all the time, but we are still doing the same honest work. Loading the trucks on Hospital Road can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic, but we make it work. We are just regular people providing a service to the builders and homeowners in Kamaraj Nagar. We do not have any corporate goals or polished speeches. We just show up, move the steel, and help out whoever comes through the door.
