Ashok Nagar is a pretty busy spot with a lot of trees and houses. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the area grow and change. We mostly focus on property development. It’s a lot of work involving permits, site visits, and talking to contractors. We aren't a huge corporation, just a local business with a small team of dedicated people. We don't have a lot of time for flashy advertising or corporate events. Most of our day is spent making sure projects are moving along as they should. The office can get a bit loud with the traffic outside and the phones ringing, but that is just part of the job. We like being in this part of Chennai because it’s easy to get to other parts of the city from here. We aren't interested in making big promises we can't keep. We just try to be practical and honest with everyone we work with. Building and developing is a complicated business, but we try to keep it simple. If you walk down 48th street, you’ll find us. We’re usually there from morning until late evening, just keeping the business going and making sure our current projects are on the right path.
