Our office for Kalal Infrastructure Private Limited is on Vivekanandhar Street, over in Srinivasa Nagar, Madipakkam. It’s a residential area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads of Chennai, which we appreciate. We started this company because we saw how much work was needed in the local infrastructure and housing sectors. We don't have a massive staff, just a few of us who handle the day-to-day operations. You can usually find us sitting around the main table looking over site maps or discussing the next phase of a project. Building things takes a lot of patience, especially when you are waiting for the rain to stop so you can pour concrete. We’ve had our fair share of long nights trying to get everything ready for an inspection. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs, a couple of computers, and lots of dusty files. We know many of the neighbors around here since we’ve been at this spot for a bit. It’s a lot of hard work, and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we figure it out. We don't use big words or corporate talk; we just tell people what can be done and how long it will take. It’s about being reliable and staying in our lane. Most of our work is right here in Chennai, keeping us pretty busy year-round. It’s simple, honest work that we take pride in doing every day.
