Kalaianjan Homes Llp

Our office is over at Nelson Towers, right on Nelson Manikam Road in Aminjikarai. We are up on the fifth floor at number 117. It is a busy part of the city, and the traffic outside never really seems to stop. From our windows, we can see a good chunk of the neighborhood. Kalaianjan Homes Llp is basically just a few of us working together to get residential projects off the ground. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and trying to figure out how to fit everything people need into a sensible layout. Being on the fifth floor is nice because it is a bit quieter than being right on the street, though you still hear the horns honking down below. We do not have any fancy marketing people here. It is just us doing the actual work of coordinating with contractors and checking on materials. Sometimes we are at our desks all day, and other times we are out at the sites in the dust and heat. It is a lot of coordination, making sure the plumbers show up when they are supposed to and that the electricians have what they need. We have been in this building for a bit now and the security guards know us by name. It is a straightforward business. We just want to build houses that stay standing and make sense for the people living in them. There are always challenges, but we deal with them as they come up.
