Kaizen Diamond Tools

Kaizen Diamond Tools is based over at Ss-3 on the First Main Road within the Ambattur Industrial Estate. It is a busy place to be, and being on the 1st Main Road means there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been in this part of the estate for quite some time now, working with all sorts of tools and equipment. The workshop is usually filled with the sound of grinding and the smell of cooling fluid. It is a bit of a tight space at Ss-3, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the unit. Most of the day is spent hunched over benches, looking at small details and making sure the diamond tools are shaped correctly. We don't have any corporate uniforms or anything, just our regular clothes that usually end up with a few holes or stains by the end of the week. The Ambattur Industrial Estate is a good place for a business like ours because everyone understands the industrial life. We get our supplies locally and know most of the other shop owners on the First Main Road. Kaizen Diamond Tools is basically just a few of us putting in the hours to make things that work. We don't bother with much else besides the tools and the orders we have to finish. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in a very busy part of town.
