Kaadosh Real Estates Private Limited

Our office for Kaadosh Real Estates Private Limited is on the third floor at 30/50. We are located on 2nd Street in Annai Sathya Nagar, just off Greenways Road in Chennai. It is a busy part of the city, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with various real estate matters. It’s not a very big office, just a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We don’t have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. Usually, one of us just looks up when someone walks in. We spend our time helping folks find houses or land in and around Chennai. It is a lot of work because the market changes so fast. We try to keep up with everything, but sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming. We don't use any special techniques to sell things. We just show the property and tell the person the price and the history. If they like it, they like it. We prefer to keep things honest and simple. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out at different sites. We come back to the Greenways Road office to finish the evening work. It’s a routine we’ve had for a long time. We aren’t looking to expand into some giant firm. We just like what we do and the folks we meet.
