K S Engineering Services

We're tucked away in Zenith Plaza, specifically in the unit marked T4/490. It's on Bazaar Road in the Varadharajapuram part of Ambattur. If you know anything about Ambattur, you know it's a huge industrial and commercial hub. Bazaar Road is always crowded with people buying supplies or moving goods around. Our office isn't very big, but it fits exactly what we need for our daily operations. We’ve got a few desks and some old files piled up in the corner. K S Engineering Services has been running from this particular spot for a good while now. The elevator in the plaza is a bit slow and cranky, so we usually just take the stairs to get up here. It’s good exercise, I guess. We see a lot of different people coming through the building throughout the week. Most days are just us sitting down and going through the technical paperwork and figures. It's not glamorous work at all. There’s a small tiffin center nearby where we grab lunch most days. The food there is decent and cheap. We don't really have a fancy sign or any bright lights. Just the name on the door so people know they're in the right place. It gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons when the sun hits the side of the building directly. We just turn the fans up and keep moving. It's a practical location for us overall. We have everything we need right here.
