K. H. Shoes Pvt Ltd is located at 2, K. H. House on T. N. Guru Road in Choolai. Some of the older locals still call it Old Hunters Road. We’ve been operating out of this building for many years. It isn’t a high-end retail shop; it’s a place where we actually make the shoes. When you walk in, you’ll hear the constant sound of sewing machines and the smell of rubber and glue. There are piles of leather scraps and shoe molds everywhere. It’s a working factory environment, so things are often a bit dusty and disorganized. We don’t have a fancy showroom with bright lights. Most of our space is dedicated to the production floor where our workers are busy. Choolai is a very crowded and busy neighborhood, which makes logistics a bit of a challenge sometimes. Our building is old, and it has its quirks, but it serves us well. We focus on making sturdy footwear that people can actually use. We don't have a marketing department or a big sales team. It’s just us and our workers. We’ve had the same people working the machines for a long time, and they know what they’re doing. We just keep our heads down and make sure the production stays on schedule. It’s honest, manual work that we’ve been doing for a long time now. We just take it one day at a time.
