Chappatikings Dot Com

Chappatikings Dot Com is our little place over at No H 25 on Central Avenue in Korattur. We started this because we noticed a lot of people just don't have the time to make fresh chappatis at home anymore. It’s a lot of work to knead the dough and stand over a hot stove after a long day at the office. So, we decided to do it for them. Our kitchen is simple. We don't have fancy machines; we mostly do things by hand because that’s how you get the texture right. The smell of wheat and flour is always in the air here. We aren't some big food tech startup. We are just a group of people who know how to make good flatbread. Korattur is a nice, quiet neighborhood, and Central Avenue is a good spot for us to operate. We get people stopping by on their way home from work to pick up a stack for dinner. We don't use any preservatives or weird chemicals. It’s just flour, water, and a bit of salt. Our goal is just to help families eat a bit better without the stress of cooking everything from scratch. We have our regulars who come in every day, and we like that. It feels more like a community kitchen than a business sometimes. We just keep rolling and cooking to keep up with the daily orders.
