Jsk Homes is based out of No: 6/4 Saroja Flats on Seevaram 3rd Street in Perungudi. If you are looking for us in Chennai, we are right behind Arc Hospital. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads, which we actually prefer. Working out of an apartment flat like Saroja Flats gives the whole business a very personal feel. It’s not like those glass-walled offices you see in the IT parks nearby. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and there’s always a bit of a domestic feel to the place, maybe because you can hear the normal sounds of the neighborhood outside. We’ve been doing this for a few years, helping people with their homes and building projects. It’s a lot of phone calls, site visits, and looking over floor plans while sitting around the dining table we turned into a desk. Perungudi is growing fast, but Seevaram 3rd Street still feels like a community. We know the security guards and the folks at the local tea stall. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually find out about Jsk Homes through someone else we’ve worked with. We just try to be practical and help out where we can. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough with the locals and the nearby hospital staff who sometimes need things done. That is basically our daily life.
