We have been here at No.21 Saraswathi Square for a while now. Perumbakkam High Road gets pretty busy during the mornings, especially near our spot in Perambur. It’s mostly just us guys working on building projects around the neighborhood. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the papers and site maps laying around, but that is how it goes when you’re busy. We started out small and stayed that way, mostly because we like knowing everyone who walks through the door. If you head down towards Perambur, you’ll likely see our trucks or someone from the crew grabbing tea nearby. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. Just a few desks, some sturdy boots, and a lot of talk about cement and bricks. We spend a lot of time out on sites, so the office is often quiet until the evening when everyone comes back to finish up the day's paperwork. Perambur is a good place to be based because it's easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We don't have a big team of office staff or anything like that. It's just the people who do the actual work. You might find us arguing over a drawing or trying to fix a printer that doesn't want to cooperate. It is just a normal local business trying to get things done right without making a big fuss about it.
