You can find us at Divine Sp Mansion, over on Karthikeyan Salai in Periyar Nagar. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. Dealing with homes is what keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. It is mostly just about finding the right fit for families looking to move into the area. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a local operation where we know the names of the people who live on the next block. When someone comes to us, we just talk to them like normal neighbors. We look at what is available in the buildings around here and try to make the process easy. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we sit down and go through it page by page. We don't promise anything crazy. We just show what we have on the books. The office isn't very big, but it works for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to see new apartments that just came on the market. Periyar Nagar is a nice place to be, and we enjoy working here. If someone is looking for a house, they usually just drop by. We don't have any fancy brochures. We just show you the actual places and let you decide. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it seems to work for everyone involved. We stay until the job is done and the keys are handed over.
