J.M.J. International Freight Forwarders

Our office is tucked away on Krishnan Koil Street, specifically at 12/9. J.M.J. International Freight Forwarders has been operating from here for a while now. Moving freight is basically what we do, day in and day out. It’s a lot of logistics, looking at schedules, and making sure containers are actually moving. We deal with international stuff, so there’s always someone calling from a different time zone. It can get a bit hectic in the afternoons when everyone is trying to finish their paperwork. The street outside is usually crowded, which makes parking a nightmare, but we've gotten used to it. We aren't some big corporate giant with glass walls and uniforms. It’s just a regular office with people who know how to move goods efficiently. We handle the customs forms and the shipping labels and all that tedious stuff. Sometimes things get delayed at the port for no clear reason, and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to fix it. It’s frustrating but it's part of the job we chose. Most of our clients have been with us for years. They just drop by or call when they have a shipment. We don't have a fancy reception area with a dedicated person. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We use old desks and the air conditioning is a bit loud, but it works fine. It's a straightforward business and we just want to make sure the boxes arrive.
