Jiwon Engineering & Construction

Our office is at Plot No:22 in the Icl Home Town area of Iyyappanthangal. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a decent spot for an engineering and construction setup. We have a lot of space for our drawings and some of the smaller equipment we keep on hand. The walls are mostly covered in project schedules and some old photos of sites we’ve worked on. It gets a bit dusty around here because of all the new work happening in the neighborhood, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. The team is usually out on-site, so the office can be a bit quiet during the middle of the day. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and a computer that’s seen better days, but it gets the job done. Iyyappanthangal is growing fast, and we see a lot of new faces coming through looking to build something. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and making sure the supplies arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes things get delayed, which is frustrating, but we just manage it as it comes. It’s a practical kind of life, focusing on the actual building work rather than anything else. We don’t have a big reception area, just a place for people to sit if they need to talk about a plot or a plan for their next small project or home fix.
