Jia Power Projects Gen Contracting Private Limited is based out in Urapakkam. Our place is Plot No 81 on Vaikundam Street, which is part of MG Nagar Part II. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Chennai city center, but being in the Kancheepuram district works well for our power project work. We do general contracting, which covers a lot of ground. The office is a straightforward building where we do our engineering drawings and cost estimations. We don't really have a marketing team, so we don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s mostly about electrical setups and power infrastructure. It’s heavy work and requires a lot of attention to detail. Our team stays busy managing different sites around the outskirts of the city. We like being in Urapakkam because it feels a bit more open than the crowded city streets. We’ve built up a decent reputation just by showing up and doing the work as promised. There are no complicated corporate layers here. If you have a question, you just ask the person sitting at the next desk. We deal with real-world problems like equipment delays or rainy weather affecting the schedule. We just take it as it comes and try to keep our clients updated on what is happening. That's really all there is to it.
