It’s an older neighborhood, and we’ve been here long enough to see a lot of changes. Our office is a modest space where we handle all the infrastructure and housing work we have on our plate. It’s often filled with blueprints and various pieces of equipment we need for site visits. Ayanavaram has its own unique feel, and we like being part of the local scene here. The address change from old to new numbers can be a bit confusing for people who haven't visited us before, but if you find the 1st Cross Street, you’re mostly there. We at Jhanvi Housing And Infrastructure Private Limited don't go in for big mission statements or corporate polish. We just focus on getting the building work done and making sure everything is structurally sound. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out at the actual project locations. It’s a busy life, and the office is our main hub for keeping track of everything. The streets in V P Colony can be a bit tight for parking, but we’ve managed to make it work over the years. We are just a small group of people who know the construction trade and want to do things the right way without any fuss.
