Jeyabarathi Projects Private Limited has its office at No. 54 in Kasi Estate. That is in the Jafarkhanpet area of Chennai. We have been in this part of town for a while. The estate is a busy place with a lot of different businesses tucked into various corners. Our office is one of those places where there is always a pot of tea going and some blueprints lying around. Chennai is hot, as everyone knows, so we spend a lot of time under the fans trying to stay cool while we work. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We are just a group of people who know how to manage projects. Some of us have been doing this for years, while others are still learning the ropes. We handle various construction and project tasks around the city. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just making sure the right materials show up on time and the workers know what they are doing. We’ve seen Kasi Estate change quite a bit since we started. There are more buildings now and more traffic in Jafarkhanpet. We like being part of the local community though. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us arguing over a schedule or checking some figures. It’s a regular job and we do our best with what we have. It keeps us going.
