We are located at number 44 on Trust Cross Street in Mandaveli. If you know the R.A. Puram area, it’s not too hard to find us. The city corporation office isn’t far away either. It is always busy around here with people rushing to work. Our office is a bit tucked away, which is nice when the main roads get too loud. We have been doing buildcons work for some time. It is mostly about managing the different projects we have going on across Chennai. The mornings usually start with a lot of tea and looking over floor plans. We have a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you are at the desk, the next you are out at a site in the sun. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just try to finish what we started. Sometimes the paperwork for the corporation takes longer than we want, but that is just how it is in Chennai. The guys on the street know us. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s got that old-school vibe where you know your neighbors. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation. We are just a local business trying to do honest work and keep the projects moving. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like seeing things get built.
