If you go past the Sboa School east gate, you'll find us at Plot 709 in the W-Block. We are right there in the D-Sector of Anna Nagar West Extension. It's a quiet enough spot most of the time, except when school lets out and the road gets packed with parents and kids in the afternoons. We've been operating Jemi Housing Ltd from this office for a good bit now. Most of the work involves keeping track of different properties across this side of the city. We keep the doors open through the week, and there’s usually someone around to answer questions about what’s on the market. We don’t go in for anything too flashy. The office is just a regular room with some desks and a few chairs for guests. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites making sure things are alright. Anna Nagar has grown so much lately, it’s hard to keep up with all the new construction. But we stay busy with the paperwork and the people coming in to talk. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure everyone knows where to go and what they’re looking at. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who know the local area. We handle the usual housing things people need. It’s practical work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from here, and we just keep doing what we do every day. It's a living.
